We’re new ON24 customers and have seen alot of comments/complaints about audio quality - mostly audio cutting in and out. Any ON24 experts that can give us guidance on how to minimize that?
Hi Dean, reviving a very old thread here! Did you ever resolve your audio issues? We’re seeing similar audio issues on our corporate laptops and trying to get to the bottom of it. We’re thinking it could be something to do with our antivirus or security software.
